Every kid grew up playing TAG. Fishermen and women Tagged their catch, and every year, avid hunters pour millions of dollars into conservation programs while Tagging their Trophies, and preserving their hunting heritage.

It was no wonder that in 1990, keeping with this tradition, two outdoor enthusiasts decided to name their African brand of Safari and Travel Clothing TAG.  

Tag was Conceived and Developed in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, by Professional Hunters who were Born in the heart of the Hunting Country of Zimbabwe.

The durable cotton, hand picked by native farmers working the arid soils of western Zimbabwe, is processed at factories to reveal  Long Staple durable cotton fiber with high tensile strength which is then Woven into tropi-cool fabric. We chosen to create Functional, cool comfortable, durable clothing for men and women alike using these natural materials.

The styles we fashioned, suit the active lifestyles of sports men and women everywhere.

Our mission
Our mission is to  " Help Africa through Trade and not Aid" by providing work for hundreds of people at our plant in Zimbabwe, the farmers who grow cotton, the mill workers who produce the fabrics, through to the delivery people and the storekeeper who sells our products.
