We bring you our most famous Ladies Safari Jacket with classic Large Cargo Pockets, belted waist in 5 1/2 oz "tropicool " cotton, along the same lines as just like the Great white Hunters like Selous wore.Doctor Livingstone, Stanley and Jameson, all wore this style of safari jacket as they explored the Dark Continent in the 1800's. Indeed it was the American Morton Stanley who declared " Dr Livingstone I presume " on Nov 10 1871, when he came face to face with Livingstone in Tanzania, who he was searching for in the middle of Africa. It is believed that both these gentlemen were wearing Safari Coats as these Jackets were known as then. But alas, there are no pictures to prove this belief.!!
