SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is normally via United Parcel Service (UPS), or the United States Postal Service (USPS) when necessary. Orders being shipped out of the continental United States will be charged according to the cost of shipping.  This includes orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

Notification is sent via email after your order has been shipped, providing you with date shipped, via UPS or USPS US postal service along with the tracking number.  If you don't receive our email notification after 3 business days, please feel free to contact us 1-800-595-3850 or info@MizMac.com.

On orders received after 10:00 a.m. PST we will do our best  - but they may not be shipped until the following day when in stock. Your credit card will automatically be charged when you place an order online – charges from MizMac will appear on your credit card statement as charged from Cyber Shamrock Enterprises.

If an extended shipping delay is known a email will be sent to you stating an estimated date of completion. This is an estimated time-frame and is not a guarantee. 

Any returned, refused or undeliverable packages will incur the actual shipping fees of the order and are not refundable. Packages shipped with "Special Shipping" or "Free Shipping" will incur actual shipping costs if returned, refused or undeliverable. Reshipping returned, refused or undeliverable packages will incur the shipping costs of reshipping order. 

MizMac will ship to most Foreign Countries via US Postal Service or UPS. The default shipping company is with US Postal Service unless specified when ordering, fees will be emailed to you once your order has been accepted. MizMac will ship to most countries worldwide.

International Orders:  Any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customers' responsibility to pay them upon delivery. All items entering a country outside of the US are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that particular country & specific Provincial duty and custom laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the countries duty laws. These charges are normally due at the time of delivery; they are separate from the actual shipping charges charged by us. In addition, there may be an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes. 

Please Note: Our Invoice must reflect actual prices for items shipped.
